WELCOME TO THIS STUDY ON PERSONALITY AND PERFORMANCE
You are invited to participate in an on-line study about personality. This study is being conducted by Jasmina Fraczek, a Master’s student in the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities (http://www.swps.pl/english/).The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of personality on performance. For scientific reasons, this is not complete information about the research questions being tested. You will be fully debriefed upon your completion of this study.

Consent form
Participation in this study typically takes 15-20 minutes and mainly involves answering series of questions about your feelings and beliefs about yourself. Please note that there are no right or wrong answers and your honest responses are of great importance for this study. You will be also asked to perform short and rather easy set of vocabulary tasks.
At the beginning of the study you will be asked to provide demographic information: your age, gender, and nationality. You will be also asked to provide your initials (first letters of your first name and last name) what is very important for this study. All of your responses will be treated as confidential and used only for statistical purposes. However, you should be aware that the experiment is not being run from a 'secure' https server of the kind typically used to handle credit card transactions, so there is a small possibility that responses could be viewed by unauthorized third parties (e.g., computer hackers).
Participation in this study is voluntary which means that you have the right to decline participation and withdraw from the study any time.
Participants MUST be over 18 to participate in this study.
There are no anticipated risks in participating in this study. There are no direct benefits from your participation, except advancing the knowledge of modern social psychology
